Here you can see our stately and elegant old building. It's the oldest standing (built in 1928) Lodge building in the county! Berea Lodge was chartered in 1881. You can also see our two tenants, Robie & Robie Books and PeaceCraft. This lovely edifice is located on Chestnut Street in beautiful downtown Berea, Kentucky.
Here is a view of the entrance foyer at the top of the stairs (we do have a chair lift for our older brethren). In this foyer you will find the Tyler's Register, and some exhbits of Berea Lodge historical memorabilia such as old books, documents, regalia, etc.
Here is a picture of the dining room at Berea Lodge. We have a meal before every communication at six o'clock, and we invite all good brethren and true to come out and join us for food, fellowship and fun.
To the right you see the preperation room. It also serves as an extension of the dining room and houses our archives. Note the old pew benches lining the walls, they were the original seating for the lodge proper. Indeed, I remember sitting on them and noting their somewhat less than ergonomic design.
